Pharmacist

Boscobel Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. Our pharmacy is committed to providing personalized healthcare services to our local communities.

As a Pharmacist at Boscobel Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of our patients.

​

Your responsibilities include:

  • Accurately dispensing prescription medications


  • Providing comprehensive drug information to patients


  • Monitoring drug therapies and making necessary adjustments


  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

  • Adhering to all pharmacy laws and regulations

  • Helping us move the needle on provider status and appropriate billing for these services

  • Modernize MTM and Quality Care Management with our community health partners

  • Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy licensure in the state of Wisconsin

  • Proven experience in pharmacy dispensing, drug information, and drug therapy monitoring

  • Strong patient counseling and medication management skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pharmacy Technicians (CPhT or Trainee)

Play a hands-on role in every prescription we fill—prepping medications, managing inventory, and coordinating insurance claims—so our pharmacists can spend more time counseling patients. Whether you’re newly certified or just starting out, you’ll get training, paid Continuing Education. Don’t worry about experience, we’ll train you! All we need is a friendly attitude and willingness to learn.​

Pharmacy Associate

You’re the smile that welcomes customers the moment they walk in. From ringing up prescriptions to helping shoppers choose the perfect wellness product or candle, you turn quick errands into genuinely friendly experiences. If you love merchandising, chatting with neighbors, and keeping shelves looking sharp, this is your spot to shine.​

Qualifications and Skills

  • Greeting customers when they walk through the door

  • Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations

  • Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed

  • Inviting customers to search the company’s website for coupons and other ways to save money

  • Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary

  • Inviting the customer to join a loyalty program if there is one

  • Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor

  • Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times

Student Pharmacist/Intern

Student pharmacists and residents thrive at Boscobel Pharmacy.
Our mission is to make our patients’ lives better and our communities healthier through our patient-centered approach to the practice of pharmacy. This means that you will get the real-life experience you need and build the skills necessary to practice at the top of your license.​

  • Residents complete long-term patient care projects, work on their leadership and management skills, engage in community outreach, and mentor pharmacy students. Our preceptors have lots of experience working with residents, and our goal is to set you up for success in your career

  • Student Pharmacists gain real-world experience working with patients in a community pharmacy setting. See how our cutting-edge practice is expanding clinical services to provide the best patient care. You’ll  learn to provide blood pressure monitoring, administer vaccines, perform medication therapy management services, provide smoking cessation counseling, and more.
